Covid Response
Protocols
We are very excited to embark on this adventure with you, while keeping our athletes and families safe. As our season progresses we will continue to follow the recommendations set by the CDC and MDH. In the event that infection rates increase significantly, we will make changes to our procedures and notify you immediately. Should any government mandate require us to change our protocols, we will notify you of any changes. We appreciate your cooperation, and ability to remain flexible in this crazy time!
OUR role in keeping families safe:
Limiting class sizes
classes max out at 8 students
more than six feet of distancing between each student
Staff will continue to sanitize before spotting each student to minimize any possible transmission.
Wiping down door handles after each class.
Wiping down all equipment between students.
Notifying families of a possible exposure.
All staff are fully vaccinated.
YOUR role in keeping families safe:
We ask that if a student is symptomatic that they stay home, and that you notify the instructor.
If your child has had contact with a positive case, please keep them at home and notify the instructor immediately.
Sanitize when entering and exiting the studio.
At this time, students only need a bottle of water in class - please ensure that bottles are easily identified i.e. name, initials, sticker etc.
If a student is coming from another class, we request that their belongings be placed in a plastic tote bin.
The CDC and MDH recommend that anyone who is eligible should be vaccinated, and those who are not vaccinated should wear face coverings. We ask that if you are not vaccinated, nor eligible to be vaccinated that you bring a face mask in the chance that social distancing cannot be maintained.
